Steve Anderson is the President of the Tri-Cities Local Business Association. Mr. Anderson has been a Tri-City resident for more than 35 years and has spent the majority of his professional career with Meier Architecture & Engineering. In 2016 he retired from Meier where he had served as CEO for the last ten years.
Steve has provided leadership within the community with service on the Board of Directors for the Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Foundation which helped start Delta High School. He also was appointed to the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board by the Governor’s office where he served for 7 years, the last 2 years as board chair. Currently he is active as a Mentor Lead with Fuse. Steve stays active in the local multi-sport club, the Three Rivers Road Runners. Steve is married to Kristin Keys Anderson, and they have two adult children who graduated from WSU in Pullman.
As President of the TCLBA, Mr. Anderson is working with local businesses to create opportunities for business growth. His personal goal is to contribute to endeavors that help make the Tri-Cities a strong and vibrant community for area residents and generations to come.
