The TCLBA Executive Committee provides oversight and collective management of the organization. The Executive Committee works with the Executive Director to guide the organization in meeting its goals and objectives. The Executive Director leads monthly meetings, establishes meeting agendas, invites speakers, directs member initiatives, ensures smooth business operations, and recruits new members.
